HOW CAN I POST AN ORDER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?
 Posting the orders through this site is the easiest, fastest and safest way. Take your time while browsing through our complete magazine catalogue to find the one that suits you best or the one you wish to purchase as a gift. Once you've done, simply fill in the form with the requested information.

HOW MUCH DO SUBSCRIPTION COST?
The cost of the subscriptions varies according to cover price of the magazine, requested subscription term, kind of subscription, shipment and country to which the issues shall be delivered. You will find all our offers on our home page and product pages, surely also the one you are looking for.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ACTIVATE A SUBSCRIPTION?
 The requested subscription will be registered immediately after you fill in the registration form and confirm the inserted data.
Normally the first issue will be delivered to your address or, if the subscription is a gift, to the one of the recipient within 3 weeks (if it is a weekly publication) or within 5 weeks (if it is a monthly publication).

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION?
You can pay your subscription by credit or prepaid card (Visa, Visa Electron, CartaSi, MasterCard, Maestro, PostePay), simply providing us with the name of the card owner, as well as number and expiry date (mm/aaaa) of the card.

HOW SECURE IS IT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
If you wish to post an order over the Internet, you can transmit your credit card information with absolute confidence and with no risk of interception. Our site is in fact protected by using an encryption software, so that data are transmitted from your computer to our server in a form that cannot be read by third parties (SSL technology). So your subscription, or the one you are taking out as a gift, will be activated even faster.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ISSUE OF THE MAGAZIONE I SUBSCRIBED TO?
If, for a mistake in delivery, you should miss an issue of your magazine, please contact us by mail (abbonamenti@hearst.it)  or on the phone (+39 02.89663154), and we will send you a replacement copy or, if you prefer it, extend your subscription by one issue.

CAN I GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?

WHAT SHALL I DO TO GIVE A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?
In the purchase section we ask you to specify whether the subscriptions you want to buy are for you or if they are a gift. By choosing a subscription for you, you state that you are taking out the subscription for yourself and want to receive the issues at your address. If you choose the option "It is a gift" you will state that you pay for the subscription, but you wish that the issues are sent to someone else.
In this case, immediately after you have placed your order, the recipient will receive a message by mail that will inform him or her of your gift.

IF I TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION, WILL I RECEIVE THE FREE GIFTS THAT I USUALLY FIND AT THE NEWSSTAND?
To get those little gifts you normally have to pay a small extra charge on the normal price of the magazine. As the subscription cost stays the same for its entire term, and to avoid that the issues with free gifts are stolen, we prefer not to put them in our subscription offers. If you let us know by mail, we will extend your subscription by one issue so that you can get your copy with the free gift at the newsstand.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Please, contact us by mail (abbonamenti@hearst.it) or on the phone (+39 02.89663154), 30 days before and we will immediately change the data contained in your subscription order. The change of address can also be temporary (for example only during summer).

WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRE?
The expiry date is reported on the label that you may find on each issue.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To cancel your subscription at any time, please contact us by mail (abbonamenti@hearst.it) or on the phone (+39 02.89663154). Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will receive a full refund on any unsent copies.

IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION, HOW DO I GET THE REFUND?
You will get your refund by credit transfer after approximately 60 days.

I TOOK OUT A SUBSCRPTION BUT THEN SOMEONE VERY DEAR TO ME HAS GIVEN ME THE SAME SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can choose to extend the ongoing subscription for another year or you can subscribe to a different magazine. In the latter case it is possible that the number of issues will be different, due to a difference in the subscription prices.
